This body of work explores how shadows in an interior space become an intersection of human and nature. Shadows are subtle and indirect representations of the objects casting them. At the same time they become a new object that embraces many dualities and contradictions through the meeting of interior and exterior space. Shadows represent time and change while also depicting quiet stillness. They are both the absence of presence of light.
